Being a Webmaster, Sr. designs the look and feel for the site. Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations. Additionally, Webmaster, Sr. performs backups, manages databases, and administers security. Must have a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Webmaster, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Responsibilities The Sr. Maintenance Technician works as part of the team to support the ongoing building maintenance program. In this position, you'll perform maintenance inspections and repairs as needed including facility lighting, routine painting, plumbing, electrical and other related maintenance activities. In addition, you'll utilize your knowledge and skills to perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency situations in the hospital facility. Qualifications Education High School diploma or GED preferred Experience 3 years� related work experience preferred 5 years HVAC systems and controls experience 5 years plumbing experience 5 years electrical experience Other Strong teamwork skills required Current full vaccination status required
