About the Role:

The role of a WordPress Website Specialist is crucial in overseeing and maintaining a website's functionality, appearance, and performance. This position requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and project management.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Maintenance:

• Regularly update website content with help from SEO, PMM, and content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Perform routine checks for broken links, outdated information, and other issues.

2.  Technical Troubleshooting:

• Address technical issues promptly, working with developers when needed.
• Test and troubleshoot website functionality across different browsers and devices.

3. Collaboration:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content creation teams.
• Communicate website updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with external vendors or agencies for specialized tasks, such as design or development projects.

• Oversee the design and layout of the website to ensure a positive user experience.
• Implement and update website features, functionality, and design elements.
• Work with graphic designers and developers to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.

• Implement and monitor website security measures to protect against threats.
• Ensure the website complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing, etc.).
• 3 - 4 years of proven experience as a Website Manager or similar role.
• Prior relevant experience of 2 years as a WordPress Website Manager
• Strong understanding of content management systems.
• Proficient in WordPress (3 years of relevant experience) and ability to comprehend HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Basic knowledge of Technical SEO
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in managing a website with 100 pages.
