School Outfitters is looking to add to their marketing department. Are you an experienced, self-motivated Website Manager who will spearhead the online growth of schooloutfitters.com? We are looking for someone who enjoys aligning growth strategies and long-term initiatives with product launches, testing, optimization, and innovation. This is an opportunity to support the customer experience for our Ecommerce site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, prioritization, development, optimization, and maintenance of digital products related to our website’s search, global navigation, homepage, landing pages, category pages, product pages, calls to actions, trigger emails, chat, search, rood design, and blog.
In your day-to-day, you will work closely defining strategy and deliverables with our web agency and you will define and direct execution working with our business technology and off-shore development teams. You will also work closely with other members of the marketing team to execute campaigns, and you will collaborate with supply chain, sales, and other teams across the go-to-market organization. This position spends most of its time at our Norwood, OH facility with an option to work from home some days.

What a typical day would look like:
Commercial owner of SchoolOutfitters.com: GTM strategy, forecasting, conversion, engagement, testing, and reporting.
Responsible for the complete user experience: from session to order delivery.
Owns the Site Search and Chat experience
Collaborates with web development and design teams.
Strategize, forecast, track, and update all eCommerce KPI’s
Oversees strategy for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on market trends for experience
Management of content strategy as it relates to all website pages
Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).
Ensures pricing and promotions are executed accurately
Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
Works cross functionally with other departments, teams, vendors and internal stakeholders
Promotes brand advocacy and support active curation of the brand guidelines
What you will bring to the team:
5-7 years’ direct experience in a website role. Experience with successfully managing and executing a B2B website is required. Ecommerce experience preferred. Education industry experience a big plus.
Experience optimizing websites for branding, awareness, and demand generation objectives.
Extreme attention to detail, executes with urgency, and has the ability to effectively balance
a creative and analytical skillset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to converse fluently with both technical and
non-technical teams.
Confidence in delivering campaign analysis to senior management regarding program success,
areas for opportunity and insight on future initiatives.
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
Flexible and team player mentality.
