This position will be responsible for handling the daily responsibilities of employee relations, risk management, corporate initiatives, leave administration, and compliance. This role will report directly to the PPM Human Resources Director and collaborate with a peer Recruiting HR Manager.

The Manager of Human Resources will provide counsel to business leaders and managers on a variety of HR related topics, partnering with Recruiting HR Manager on an emphasis on driving strategic recruiting initiatives to attract the right talent for our organization. The Manager of Human Resources will also be responsible for resolving employee relations matters and carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: performance management, coaching, compensation, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance.
