Well established IT company in Gainesville is looking to hire someone creative to join our marketing/development team. You will be involved in the development of our website, from the earliest conception to final release. As our assistant web designer, you will work to create intuitive, attractive user interfaces to engage customers. Your duties will include taking requirements, creating mock-ups, and designing layouts while balancing the usability, visual appeal, and technical feasibility of the designs. You will also have the opportunity to plan and execute projects, as well as improve the overall quality of the company websites.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience with Wordpress/E-commerce experience and an eye for design.
We are willing to train the right person how to build, edit, and maintain our company websites, but proof of previous work and / or a portfolio is required to demonstrate artistic/graphic design experience.
