We are looking for a part-time WordPress developer with strong SEO skills to work on our client's websites.
WordPress skills required:
* 5 years of experience building WordPress websites from scratch using a page builder.
* Proficient in multiple page builders: Beaver Builder, WP Bakery, Elementor, Visual Composer.
* Proficient with taking a Mockup and converting it to a pixel-perfect theme or page.
* DNS experience - A, CNAME, TXT, MX records
* Working on page speed issues and Core Web Vitals
* Publishing content
*Implementing new page layouts within WordPress for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
SEO Duties:
* Identify SEO issues while working on our client's sites and make recommendations
* Understand what drives core web vitals and how to make changes to improve them.
* General understanding of onsite optimization such as setting title tags, URLs, H1-H6, alt text...etc.
* Setting up 301 redirects
* Interlinking with appropriate anchor text
Additionally, this position will be responsible for creating landing pages for our Paid Media campaigns using Unbounce.
Web Design Agency experience preferred.
This is a remote position, however, our working hours are 9-5 EST U.S. Although we do not expect you to be 100% available during our normal business hours we do expect a few hours of crossover time during our normal business hours to discuss projects.
