Online Healthcare Boutique Manager

Women’s Health Boutique is seeking an outgoing, reliable, diligent, self-motivated, creative and goal oriented qualified candidate to expand and manage our current online healthcare boutique and website for women's health retail and insurance eligible products. SEO, website navigation and product management experience is required. Insurance benefits, prior authorizations, and medical documentation experience is a plus. Onsite position in a fun and rewarding boutique atmosphere. We are an All-Women's Business. On site office location, not a remote job.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Expand and Promote Established Online Site - Increase Sales
• Develop and Maintain Relationships with Referral Sources for Online Business
• Communicate with Customers about Sensitive Issues and Healthcare Information
• Daily Interaction with Insurance for Verification of Benefits, Prior Authorizations, and Required Medical Documentation
• Working with outside referral sources for additional orders
• Process Incoming Orders Daily
• Contact Customers Concerning Their Order via Email
• Coordinate Product Orders
• Coordinate Shipping of Outgoing Customer Orders
• Entering Online Orders into Proprietary Software
• Maintaining on site inventory of some products

Primary Job Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suites, Primarily Outlook
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Self-Motivated
• Navigate and Update Website Backend

Healthcare and Insurance experience required.
