Job Description:
As a Website Manager at FH Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence and ensuring that our website effectively showcases our products and services to a global audience. You will be responsible for driving traffic, enhancing user experience, and optimizing conversions through strategic website management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the FH Packaging website in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and freshness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and informative content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and multimedia assets.
• Work closely with designers and developers to enhance the website's design, layout, and functionality, with a focus on user experience optimization.
• Conduct regular audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building, to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Website Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or wholesale industry.
• Strong understanding of website management principles, including content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and user experience design.
• Familiarity with software such as HubSpot, Yoast SEO, Wordpress, and Wordpress engine.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze website performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
