Website Manager manages the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization's websites. Oversees changes in the site's technical architecture to ensure that the website remains responsive and stable. Being a Website Manager manages the maintenance and troubleshooting of related hardware and software and ensures that web administrators comply with established standards and specifications. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Website Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Website Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Website Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Website Migration Project Manager

  • The candidate is responsible to facilitate and drive towards the goal of the OASH Unified Web Project. This project will consolidate numerous Bureau and Office websites into an integrated site maintained by OASH. In addition, this project will develop or integrate additional websites and deploy a public and private hosting service for Development, Test, and Production environments.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Serve as team lead and manage all aspects for this project.
    • Manage all technical resources responsible for completion of this initiative.
    • Lead delivery, drive stakeholder engagement, and shape communication strategies to promote and secure partnerships necessary for client success.
    • Define one or more stakeholder engagement plans in support of the overall stakeholder engagement strategy.
    • Deliver and promote strategic communication and stakeholder engagement plans to foster adoption of this consolidated technical offering to disparate stakeholders.
    • Identify and supply appropriate analytics using automated tools to track usage in support of a shared-service charge-back model.
    • Prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
    • Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders.
    • Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timeline.
    • Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress.
    • Provide input into weekly/monthly reports.
    • Collaborate with the client and stakeholders to gather requirements.
    • Develop and deliver high quality internal and external communications material.
    • Provide management oversight of project schedule and deliverables.
    • Frequently track and report on project schedule and deliverable status.
    • Develop presentations and compelling content relevant to the project scope.
    • Coordinate and schedule timely client meetings and actively facilitate meetings as beneficial for project completion and client success.
    • Oversee and support strategic communication, for example:
      • Develop communication plan.
      • Overview specific communication strategies.
      • Define outreach and adoption tactics.
      • Identify audiences, messaging, communication channels, and evaluate effectiveness of communication campaigns.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 5-7 Years of related project management experience (government, cloud)
    • Significant experience managing website integration efforts and managing stakeholder engagement with various stakeholder groups within the Federal Government.
    • Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans.
    • Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments.
    • Ability to prepare responses and audience appropriate narrative quickly.
    • Can clarify ambiguity and drive client results through personal initiative.
    • Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player.
    • Strong project management and people management skills.
    • Ability to schedule work and deliver on tight deadlines.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of PM and stakeholder engagement experience within the federal government; experience working within the HHS is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated project and client management expertise.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • PMP Certification preferred.
    • Experience with HHS
    • Experience with Confluence / JIRA, Git, Artifactory
    • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud
    • Experience with federal ATO process
