Website Manager manages the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization's websites. Oversees changes in the site's technical architecture to ensure that the website remains responsive and stable. Being a Website Manager manages the maintenance and troubleshooting of related hardware and software and ensures that web administrators comply with established standards and specifications. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Website Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Website Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Website Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     As a Website Product Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our website offerings, ensuring our design and content meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness, collaborating closely with our team to manage website projects, overseeing Live Chat functionalities, and contributing to our continuous drive for digital excellence.

    Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. As a reminder, this role will be fully remote. The starting salary for this position is $45,000 annually.

    In a Typical Day, You’ll:

    • Conduct in-depth content interviews and review website content for accuracy, ensuring it aligns with our clients’ branding and messaging objectives.
    • Write comprehensive website debriefs that provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Conduct thorough quality checks on website design, ensuring all elements meet our standards for aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
    • Manage website job plans efficiently, distributing tasks among team members and tracking progress to ensure timely and successful project completion.
    • Oversee the implementation and management of Live Chat functionalities, enhancing user engagement and support.

    To Land This Gig, You Need:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in website management, content creation, and quality assurance within a digital marketing environment.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of managing web-based projects from conception to launch.
    • Proficiency in web design principles and content writing.
    • Strong collaborative skills and to be able to work effectively in a team to achieve project and organizational goals.
    • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
