Role Description

This is a part-time Freelance hybrid role located in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Freelance Wedding Coordinator at White Glove Picnics & Events, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing weddings, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and according to the client's vision. Your day-to-day tasks will include liaising with clients and vendors, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all elements of the wedding run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wedding coordination or event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs
• Knowledge of local wedding venues and vendors in the Greater Boston, MA area is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
