This position is responsible for providing HR administrative support to the facility associates and management team. This position will work closely with HR leadership, contributing across various HR functions.Responsibilities
Facilitate HR processes for hourly associates such as new associate orientation, compensation administration, benefits assistance, exit interviews and unemployment claim responsesPromote and uphold the Saddle Creek CultureMaintain associate database systems to include timekeeping, associate records, accident reporting system, and other work-related technologyUpdate reports for weekly HR metrics, attendance tracking, and performance managementSupport hourly recruiting efforts including job fairs, applicant tracking system updates, coordinating pre-employment screeningPromote associate engagement through approachability, responsiveness, and internal customer focusCoordinate facility and associate eventsProvide other administrative support to the facility management team as neededServe as a resource for organizational policies and proceduresEnsure legal and company posting complianceField associate questions, address associate needs and escalate concerns to HR leadershipCoordinate temporary staffing processes and trackingPartner with HR Management, Facility Management and Associates to resolve issuesQualifications
