Wedding Coordinator - Casino jobs in Harrisburg, PA

Coordinates all marketing activities for the property in line with company guidelines.

• Assists GM in preparing the marketing component of the annual operating budget.
• Ensure all local marketing activities are consistent with corporate guidelines and standards.
• Recommends marketing activities to GM and corporate marketing department.
• Ensure all facility, marketing and promotional materials are discrimination free and in line with the company’s Diversity and Community Relations Policy.
• Prepare necessary purchasing requests to ensure appropriate supply inventory.
• Monthly report to corporate marketing department of all relevant activities with detailed cost/benefit analysis.
• Maintain local database consistent with company policy.
• Monitor all local social media for comments about the facility and prepare a response.
• Recommend advertising for local media (including social media) to GM and corporate marketing department.
• Plan, prepare and execute all facility marketing initiatives such as prize draws, giveaways and other property events.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree required. At least 7 years of experience in marketing.
• Must have excellent analytical skills and a high degree of creativity. Must have excellent organizational and planning skills, and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
