Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, ensuring that each event is a memorable and seamless experience for our clients. Duties: - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding - Assist in selecting and booking venues, vendors, and service providers - Coordinate all logistical details, including event timelines, transportation arrangements, and accommodations - Create and manage budgets, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget - Oversee the setup and breakdown of the wedding venue, ensuring that all decorations and arrangements are executed flawlessly - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the planning process, addressing any concerns or questions that may arise - Manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other administrative tasks - Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and obtain necessary permits or licenses Qualifications: - Previous experience in wedding planning or event management is highly preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in contract negotiation and vendor management - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction - Knowledge of event marketing strategies is a plus - Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including hotels and restaurants At our company, we value creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Pay: $51,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year
