As a Wedding Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, ensuring that each event is a memorable and seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Plan and execute all logistical aspects of weddings, including , same-day wedding coordination and timeline management.
- Assist clients with questions and concerns.
- Ensure all services are delivered as per the client's expectations
- Assist with event setup (and breakdown) including arranging seating plans, and venue clean up.
- Provide on-site coordination during wedding events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding
- Stay up-to-date with current wedding trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
- (PREFFERED) Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of events management is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work mostly evenings and weekends as required
