Northside Welding & Fabrication has been a part of the community for over 60 years. We are currently looking to add a few skilled welders to our team. We are looking for individuals that are motivated, punctual and have a positive attitude.

We are current looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience. If you don't have the minimum 5 years experience we are willing to train people that are willing to work, have positive attitudes and are willing to learn!

Projects will include plant maintenance, equipment installation, ductwork, piping and more!

• Able to weld and fabricate with quality and precision in a fast paced work environment
• MIG & TIG Welding & fabrication such as duct work, tanks, liners, and custom welding projects
• Ability to weld mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel - thin & thick guage material
• Read & understand shop drawings and work orders
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Capable of working alone and able to do critical thinking on your own with little to no supervision
• Keep a positive attitude in the work place and working with others
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to outdoor elements
• May be required to travel to different job sites up to 100 miles away (via company truck)
• Required to keep your work area cleaned up, tools put away and put materials where they belong
• Proper PPE is required at all times
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Willing to load & unload materials onto trucks for shipping
• Must be willing to work over time
• Drivers license required and reliable transportation
