Wellness Program Administrator assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and wellbeing. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. Minimum Qualifications NY HELPS : Bachelor's or higher degree.
OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent or contingent permanent, competitive service in a title eligible to transfer.
ability to multi-task; and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Duties Description The Health Program Administrator (HPA) will assist with grant management unit activities, providing technical assistance in the preparation, review and revision of procurement related documents.
Assist with documents needed for RFPs, RFAs, including B1184s, EDCs and evaluation documents etc., to ensure the documents clearly and accurately detail the goods or services required and comply with procurement policies, procedures, regulations and laws.
Respond to status requests from various division, bureau, agency and program staff. The HPA may supervise lower-level clerical and support staff.
