    Simply Health Rx is seeking a charismatic, reliable, and attentive Wellness Ambassador Representative to join our team! As a Wellness Ambassador Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients, responsible for creating lasting first impressions. Every day will be dynamic, with you representing the Simply Health Rx brand by explaining the science behind our services and sharing our story while assisting everyone in starting or enhancing their wellness journey.

    POSITION- Simply Health Rx Wellness Ambassador

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members, clients, and staff.
    • Excel in a busy environment, multitasking with a positive attitude.
    • Communicate effectively with members and clients through various channels to promote Simply Health Rx and our services.
    • Conduct guest tours, sell packages and monthly spa specials.
    • Educate clients on modalities and benefits, recommending products to support their goals.
    • Onboard new clients by completing waivers, agreements, and creating client profiles.
    • Contribute to sales performance and operational goals.
    • Assist in community outreach, lead generation, and social media efforts.
    • Implement daily spa sales
    • Achieve daily tasks, bookings and sales
    • Communicating the continually changing schedule and operational needs with teammates
    • Participate in community events to promote the spa
    • Maintain spa cleanliness and organization
    • Other duties assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Sales experience
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Goal oriented with the ability of generate service and retail sales
    • Excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email about spa services and procedures
    • Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
    • Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
    • Proficient with computers and Google Workspace
    • Desirable: Familiarity with Mindbody software is preferred but not required.
    • Friendly and caring attitude
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Must be available to work on Saturdays (every other Saturday)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Enthusiastic about health and wellness
    • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
    • Weekends availability (Saturdays only 8am-2pm) is required
    • Excel in communication and collaboration.
    • Strong work ethic, honesty, and trustworthiness
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Customer care skills and basic sales experience
    • Intermediate computer and technology skills

    SCHEDULE

    • Looking to fill a part-time (15-20 hrs/week) to full time role (20-32 hrs/week)- must be available during all business hours and willing to work the full shift until closing time (as late as 7pm).
    • Must be available to work on Saturdays (every other Saturday)
