Wellness Program Administrator assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and wellbeing. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The Wellness Program Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Adult Day Services Program Administrator

  • Position Summary:

    The Adult Day Services Program Administrator provides oversight of team members and programming and operations. Responsible for caregiver and client support and crisis intervention. With assistance from the Adult Day Service Director and other leadership staff, will be responsible for program expansion in the areas of enrollment, team member recruitment, hiring and training.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Administrative
    • Collects and records client information.
    • Maintains Client Attendance Log and census information.
    • Maintains Supportive Records (team member schedules, volunteers, etc.).
    • Maintains client files and emergency records.
    • Completes all monthly reports as needed, as well as quarterly and annual client reviews.
    • Participates in professional associations related to program.
    • Participates in organization-wide committees as assigned.
    • Responsible for CACFP/USDA compliance and reimbursement submission.
    • Accurate submission of documentation and billing as required by funder agreements.
    • Maintain accurate information in electronic record system.
    • Ensures program remains compliant with organizational policies & procedures and accreditation, regulatory, and grant/contract standards and requirements.

    Personnel

    • Supervises team members, including but not limited to: Program Assistants, Drivers, Activity Coordinator, Cook, and Volunteers.
    • Conducts regularly scheduled team meetings as required by accreditation and/or funding regulations.
    • Coaches, counsels, disciplines and evaluates team members.
    • Reconciles team member’s attendance records after the completion of each pay period.
    • Scheduling of all facility staff.

    Program

    • Acts as a liaison with transportation companies.
    • Supervises overall program to ensure client safety.
    • Oversees and helps as needed to set up and serve lunches and snacks.
    • Serves as a support for client caregivers and clients.
    • Acts as a liaison to the Advisory Cabinet.
    • Ensure compliance with intake services required and authorized.
    • Other Duties
    • Performs all other duties assigned by the ADS Director as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
    • Ability to work with all stakeholders to research, plan and implement initiatives to enhance new and existing service.
    • Ability to work with a diverse population of clients and community systems.
    • Will obtain CPR and First Aid training and keep certifications current.
    • Will obtain CPI and Recipient Rights training and keep certifications current.
    • Ability to complete multiple duties and tasks correctly and on time without being prompted.
    • Ability to use Information Technology, including the internet, social media, Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
    • Will learn program specific computer applications.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • High School Graduate required; post-secondary courses and degree preferred.
    • Experience in supervising team members.
    • Administrative and management experience preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
