Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a full-time fitness leader who balances energy and acumen with great people skills for our Boulder YMCA.
The Y's Program Director of Health and Wellness in Boulder will manage our growing wellness offerings, with a focus on day-to-day operations of the branch Health & Wellness program areas (i.e., Personal Training, Group Exercise, Active Older Adult (AOA), Wellness Floor and Fitness Consultations). This management-level position ensures that our programs and staff meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our strong-minded, strong-bodied members and community. You will also work closely with the Executive Director to develop strategies to increase established revenue goals, member retention and engagement.
