Wellness Program Administrator assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and wellbeing. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The Wellness Program Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.       Job Description:
      • Adhere to established laws, policies, rules and regulations and job descriptions for administrators.
      • Demonstrate instructional leadership to enhance school effectiveness by improving instruction and augmenting student performance.
      • Provide purpose and direction for schools/county.
      • Demonstrate cognitive skills to gather, analyze and synthesize information to reach goals.
      • Manage group behaviors to achievement consensus.
      • Enhance quality of total school/county organization.
      • Organize and delegate to accomplish goals.
      • Communicate effectively.
      • Provides leadership in the implementation of technology standards.
      • Manage reports and paperwork.
      • Manage expectations for homeless population.
      • Develops the school strategic plan and utilizes school teacher leadership team
      • Other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.
      • Summer school seniority as an administrators
