May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor.     Contract Role Description 
    Khesed provides outpatient mental health therapy for the underinsured, and we prioritize kindness, accessibility, and inclusivity in the way that we grow. We believe that clients and clinicians thrive when outpatient mental health therapy is affordable, reciprocal and sustainable. 

    Contract Therapist Role Responsibilities:

    • Believe in Khesed’s mission, vision and values.
    • Maintain a clinical caseload of up to 10 session hours per week.
    • Provide virtual services statewide and in-person services in the Greater Denver area. 
    • Meet with an assigned Licensed Addiction Counselor Supervisor for monthly individual supervision, and attend monthly group consultation and training. All supervision and training are free to the LPCC/LPC.


    Addiction Therapist Training Program Participant Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a caseload for clients who struggle with substance use disorders.
    • Attend all virtual and in-person training and retreats with ATP Supervisor.
    • Complete all necessary administrative tasks for the Addiction Therapist Training Program.


    Tasks for Contract Therapist

    • Maintain all forms of communication within two business days with Khesed and all assigned clients.
    • Offer evidence based therapy in compliance with the ethical standards of the mental health profession.
    • Manage the cleanliness of any assigned Khesed location.
    • Work with the operations team to learn and appropriately navigate all telehealth technology and electronic case management systems.
    • Attend all required meetings and training on scheduled Tuesdays.
    • Work with the operations team to determine a schedule that allows you to feel like a human being while still meeting your minimum hours.
    • Uphold Khesed’s values as you interact with clients and clinicians.


    Tasks for Addiction Therapist Training Program Participant

    • Maintain written and verbal communication with Addiction Therapist Training Program Lead (ATTP Lead)
    • Meet with ATTP Lead twice a month for supervision. 
    • Attend training and retreats for Addiction Therapist Training Program. 


    Skills and Qualifications for Contract Therapist

    • Provide the highest quality of mental health services in compliance with HIPAA and DORA ethical and legal guidelines.
    • Possess a valid, active LPCC or LPC licensure issued by the State of Colorado
    • Completion of a Master’s Degree in mental health.
    • Manage technology to provide remote and local high quality and confidential virtual mental health services.
    • Engage clinical work from a designated KHESED location once in-person services begin again.


    Skills and Qualifications for Addiction Therapist Training Program Participant

    • In compliance with the grant funding for this program and Khesed creating opportunities for underrepresented therapists, this network will be comprised of:
      • 60% of therapist participants represent marginalized identities
      • 30% of therapist participants represent trauma-informed and evidenced-based treatment for individuals, couples, and families navigating substance use recovery
      • 10% of therapist participants are Bilingual and want to provide addiction therapy in language(s) in addition to English
    • Hold an LPC or LPCC in Colorado
    • Commit to pursuing an Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado


    Payment:

    • Clinical Contract: Fee for service 1099 contract at a rate of $48 per session hour at 10 hours per week
    • Programmatic Contract: The administrative, retreat, training, and non-clinical responsibilities and duties are up to 10 hours/month:*
      • *Note: 10 hours/month is an average. Quarterly retreats may include increased hours and other months may be less hours. Contractors agree to not go over allotted hours for the total contract period.
      • Annual Pay Scale: $55,000 
        • Monthly Pay Rate: $264.40
          • Per Pay Period (15th/30th) Pay Rate: $132.20
            • Hourly Pay Scale: $26.44
