Position Summary:
The Wellness Administrator will collect, process, retrieve, analyze, and disseminate wellness care information for purposes of patient care, managerial planning, and order processing. This is a performance-based opportunity responsible for assisting in managing your team’s book of business. This is achieved by providing both administrative and sales support to the Wellness team. The position’s success relies upon attention to detail, organizational excellence, and adherence to our wellness protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees and counsels’ accounts and clients.

Possesses detailed knowledge of Bio-identical Hormones, Peptides, overall Health & Wellness

Completes SOAP note process for correspondence with medical team.

Coordinates activities between operations and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and medical documentation.

Remains updated of any new product and regulatory changes in the industry.

Demonstrates superior customer service and maintains relationships with assigned client accounts.

Updates each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information.

Meets with department heads and supervisors to determine needs for improvements to the information system.

Designs and prepares reports as requested by the Wellness Team.

Expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism in their verbal and written communications.

Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices.

Meets all performance expectations and regularly requirements.

Remains HIPPA compliant and represents the company in a unified fashion.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience working with different account types (Medical Sales, Health, Wellness & Fitness Industries)

High adaptability to an ever-changing & challenging environment

Ability to interact effectively with diverse customer base via phone, email and via Zoom.

Experience and Education:

Previous experience in customer service, clinical administration, or related sales experience preferred.

Experience with CRM software, social medial applications & Microsoft Office.

Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone & other therapies.
