Wellness Program Administrator assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and wellbeing. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The Wellness Program Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Rice Online Learning Program Administrator supports the overall success of the Rice Online Learning team and programs by managing complex budget and financial tasks, program support, and general office-related activities, including relationships with both Rice faculty and staff as well as with Rice’s broader global learning community. Successful candidates are problem-solvers who love organization and productivity and can manage and see through multiple ‘to-dos.’ The Program Administrator reports to Rice Online’s Director of Operations and supports and interacts with the Rice Online staff and leadership team.
Hiring Range: $60,000 minimum with hiring salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
