May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor.     US Wellness is actively recruiting candidates for Greeter/Admin role for our Health and Biometrics Screening Clinics. This is NOT a full time or Part time position, must be comfortable working in PRN role-meaning as needed role.

    You would be responsible for assisting successful setup, execution, and breakdown of clinics while adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations. As a greeter, you are the first face participants see and set the tone of our event. You are responsible for checking a participant in for their appointment via tablet technology (Apple iPad), providing an overview of what to expect during their appointment, and helping with overall flow of event.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Greet each participant as they arrive
    • Account for each participant via tablet technology (Apple iPad)
    • Provide excellent customer service while putting participants at ease
    • Assist with overall event flow by giving clear direction to each participant as they arrive
    • Assist in clinic set up and cleanup
    • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
    • Strong technology skills are a must.
    • Knowledge and experience with Apple iPads.
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must have a reliable form of transportation
    • Must be at least 18 or older

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
    • Continually required to talk or hear and use visual acuity to operate specialized equipment, read technical information, and/or use keyboard
    • Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions
    • Occasionally exposed to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 per hour
