Wellness Program Administrator assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and wellbeing. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. POSITION SUMMARY: The Wellness Program Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day activities that are required to further the goals of the program. The Wellness Program Assistant serves as the initial point of contact for the TANF clients, tribal community and the general public whether via telephone or personal contact. Will provides general clerical support and program assistance to the staff and for the services provided through Tuolumne Me-Wuk Tribal TANF further referred to as TMTC TANF.

This position requires walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods of time; climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 20 lbs.; raising objects overhead, manual dexterity for operation of computer, phones and small office machines; hearing, talking, good verbal and written communication skills; repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
