Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The Wellness Program Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. PER DIEM NP/PA - Trauma Acute Care Surgery - St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA
Under the general supervision and direction of the Chief of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery or designee, conduct a wide variety of patient care and related duties in support of SHG Surgeons. Position will function as first call for all emergency department consults with physician back-up primarily for Surgical Specialties. Conduct rounds as needed for Trauma and Acute Care Surgery patients. Assist in OR for trauma cases as necessary. Overnight APP coverage for SLH. Knowledge and skill of orthopedic disorders and treatments is required. Skill in operating medical equipment, a variety of software applications and multiple projects is required AND/OR Nurse Practitioner is required.

Hours: Per Diem varies; 7a - 7p; 7p - 7a; 11a - 11p; 7a - 7a
Shift: Days, nights, weekends, rotational, holidays
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
