Program Administrator (Tax Administrator)
Entry Level Salary: $24.09 / hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs mathematical, analytical and administrative work related to the calculation and extension of property taxes and the sale and redemption of delinquent taxes independently; reviews tax levy data from 179 taxing districts.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate Degree with emphasis in mathematics and five years of responsible office/clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires knowledge of the English language and spelling, plus knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Operation of personal computer, phone, copier, scanner, and other general office equipment is required on a frequent basis.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Willingness to apply for Notary Public commission.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is sedentary work which requires exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Requires mental acuity including the ability to make rational decisions through sound logic and deductive processes, the ability to express ideas by means of the spoken word and possess close visual acuity.
