Wellness Program Administrator assists in the administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and wellbeing. Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The Wellness Program Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are looking for a Program Administrator starting July 1st. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Care and Treatment Programs, the Program Administrator is responsible for providing leadership to school staff and effective management to ensure the overall success and growth of the students who attend Village Ranch Alternative Program.
The primary location for this position will be at the Village Ranch Alternative Program in Cokato, MN
Assignment: 8 hours/day for 255 days
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
Minimum Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Education or a closely related field
- Five years of classroom experience, preferred experience in special education
- Prefer at least three years at the secondary level in an administrative capacity
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

About Village Ranch
Village Ranch Alternative Program (VRAP) is located in Cokato, MN and is an educational facility on the grounds of the Village Ranch, Inc. Residential facility. The educational program provides a flexible and safe environment in which students can experience educational success. VRAP serves boys ages 12 - 18 some of whom have pre-identified disabilities. Enrollment is made up of boys primarily living in the Village Ranch residence.

MAWSECO is an agency of seven member school districts (Annandale, Dassel-Cokato, Delano, Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted, Litchfield, Maple Lake and Rockford) that have joined together to provide services in the area of special education. The mission of the cooperative is to provide quality special education leadership, services and support to its seven member school districts’ staff, students and families as well as other agencies/districts that purchase its services.
In addition to special education leadership, support, and services provided for its member districts, MAWSECO operates elementary, mid-level, and secondary Federal Setting IV special education programs, a secondary transition program for students ages 18-21, education programs at four residential care and treatment facilities, and provides the Birth-2 early childhood special education services on behalf of its member districts.
MAWSECO is located immediately west of Minneapolis and south of St. Cloud.
