Recommends changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees. Being a Wellness Program Administrator creates employee communications that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The Wellness Program Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     About ETC  

    The ETC is a new B2B offering from Northwest Center. The ETC provides businesses with the professional services necessary to create anti-ableist workplaces where all employees can thrive. This includes assessment, consulting, training, coaching, and accommodation implementation. 

    The ETC endeavors to remove the burden of workplace transformation and accommodation implementation from the disabled employee and empower employers to create environments where everyone can do their best work. Be a part of something new, exciting, and long overdue!

    Location: Primarily Remote; Office located in Renton, WA             

    Starting Wage Range: $70,000 - $72,000 per year | Full Wage Range: $67,800 - $85,000 per year 

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Programmatic Support and Growth 

    • Supporting the Director to develop ETC as a national disability employment/ accessibility leader 

    • Supporting the development and implementation of ETC professional services  

    • Identifying key partners, events, and grants to further expand and develop the program and completing any needed registration and paperwork to support these 

    • Coordinating conference and speaking event attendance for team members  

    • Collaborating with internal NWC teams to apply for grants and support grant documentation as needed  

    Research 

    • Identify and catalog potential conferences, and speaking events at which to promote anti-ableism, ETC, and AP offerings 

    • Identify and catalog national and international disability rights, advocacy, and employment groups  

    • Independently conduct, analyze, and distill research on a regular and ad hoc basis exploring themes important to ETC programs, identifying news, reports, academic articles, personal narratives  

    • Independently conduct regular and ad hoc market research, and research new potential clients  

    • Compile research/news clips for weekly sharing and review or as needed for ad hoc projects 

    • Build and maintain resource library, organizing type resource type, theme and other categories  

    Training Development   

    • Collaborate with Senior Director ETC to build “off the shelf” anti-ableism workplace training presentations and workbooks, support project management  

    • Collaborate to outline trainings, identify relevant resources from library or through new research, draft presentation copy, support build-out of final presentations 

    • Gather expertise or feedback from consultants and SMEs as needed  

    • Collaborate to customize presentations, as needed 

    • Update presentations with new research, as needed 

    • Ensure presentations and assets are accessible  

    • Deliver trainings as needed 

    Consulting and Assessment Programmatic Support  

    • Support the development of consulting and assessment assets including, engagement proposals, assessment rubrics, interview guides, engagement guidebooks, assessment, progress and final reports 

    • Support development of engagement timelines and internal project management  

    • Support and conduct client interviews, synthesize learnings  

    • Support and conduct program, process, and policy review, synthesize learning  

    • Collaborate with Senior Director to draft, edit and present findings and recommendations to clients  

    • Support and conduct the development and implementation of recommended interventions including new SOPs, training, awareness campaigns etc.  

    • Collaborate with SMEs and contractors as needed 

    • Manage some aspects of client relationships, including scheduling, document and information requests 

    Content Creation 

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team to develop marketing assets  

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team to develop sales materials using various creative platforms (PPT, Canva, etc.) 

    • Support the development of website copy  

     

    Qualifications: 

    • Disability-related work and or lived experience highly desired 

    • 3 years of research, administrative support, and project management experience 

    • High School Diploma or GED required 

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite 

    • Proficient in using video conferencing tools such as Teams, Zoom, Chime, WebEx, etc. 

    • Deep understanding and commitment to anti-ableism and disability justice  

    • Ability to independently set and complete objectives in a timely and reliable manner 

    • Excellent research and information synthesis skills, detail-oriented, ability to “anticipate the next question” 

    • Excellent writing and editing skills  

    • Proactive project management mentality and ability to work independently  

    • Strong interpersonal communication, willingness to develop live presentation skills  

    • Willingness to travel, occasionally  

    • Employ imagination and creativity in the application of duties and responsibilities. Is not averse to change
