May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Wellness Program Administrator typically reports to a supervisor. The Wellness Program Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     JOB SUMMARY : Oversee daily operations at ERIE Program. Responsible for supervision of the enriched housing program. Monitor programs, staffing, occupancy, budget, and compliance with all pertinent governmental laws and regulations.

    Serve as the liaison and public relations contact for ERIE and the community.

    Directs and manages quality assurance and compliance functions for the ERIE Program.

    Monitors and ensures program-wide compliance with laws, policies, and standards for quality of care / services, program licensure and / or accreditation.

    Builds and implements sustainable program-wide quality improvement.

    Ensures that program policies and initiatives are efficient, meet residents’ expectations and are updated to reflect regulatory changes per NYS Department of Health and best practices by establishing and enforcing quality standards.

    Leads and directs the work of others. Provides leadership for planning, directing, coordinating and implementing staff programs and services to ensure quality of care / services.

    Provides leadership for the review of clinical records, chart audits, orders, and documentation. Analyzes trends. Recommends, designs, and facilitates corrections, and verifies systemic changes are sustained.

    Maintains appropriate records and assist in data collection for assessment and evaluation purposes.

    Actively engages in strategic planning for all Plans of Correction and the results of the last survey(s) for the program and

    Designs correction plans.

    Assures that corrections are implemented, followed, and systemic changed maintained.

    Maintains good inter and intradepartmental relationships, interacting effectively with all internal and external departments, companies, and clients.

    Responsible for admitting and discharging residents.

    Plans, organizes, and prioritize admissions and discharges to achieve census goals.

    Effectively manages appropriate utilization of resources and team work.

    24 / 7 accountability for ERIE Program. Responsible for providing on-call coverage for ERIE Program.

    Additional duties as needed to fulfill the needs of the department or facility.
