Wellness Program Consultant assists an organization in designing wellness programs that promote healthy employee behaviors. Helps develop and implement wellness initiatives that educate and encourage employees on achieving personal health goals. Being a Wellness Program Consultant analyzes the effectiveness and utilization of wellness programs and recommends changes to improve outcomes and employee satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Additionally, Wellness Program Consultant typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Wellness Program Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Wellness Associates are the magic to all we do at Float and Fly Wellness Studio. This position directly works with our clientele to ensure they have the best experience. From booking appointments, taking payment and education them on all our offerings a customer centric individual is important. Wellness Associates also create the perfect environment to heal by preparing the space by cleaning, laundry, and so much more.
Wellness Associates are self starters that are able to keep busy and make everything seem so effortless.
This opportunity would require the following availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9 am - 2:30 pm. Perfect part time schedule so you can still have work life balance, school or other commitments.
