Behavior Consultant

Requirements: MUST HAVE a Master’s Degree in applicable field of study: Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Psychology or another applied health service area of Psychology (including but not limited to: special education, social work or counseling)

Experience with ID/DD population preferred; Valid Driver’s License, Current Auto Insurance, Liability Insurance

• Reports to Owner/Operators for non-clinical supervision

• Clinical Supervision provided by company HSPP

• Conduct functional assessment on all persons receiving services within time frame

• Analysis data to form baseline and track trends

• Develop and implement behavior support plan

• Provide ongoing training and support to staff/family members of the client on implementation of the plan

• Respond to crisis situations for all persons served

• Participate in monthly Clinical Supervision meetings

• Document monthly data reports clearly outlining all goals and outcomes

• Contracted Position – All terms of this position outlined in contract.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends
