Wellness Studio Assistant General Manager

Restore Hyper Wellness, the nation’s leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness therapies, is opening its first studio in the Eugene-Springfield area. For the first time, the region will have access to comprehensive cutting edge services for recovery, longevity and optimization including IV therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna and more, all in one location.
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to complement our strong and growing team and partner with our General Manager to manage all day-to-day operations of the studio. This is a great role for an individual who is interested in learning and gaining experience in managing a retail studio. What you will be doing as a Restore Assistant General Manager
People Management

• Work with the General Manager to establish a culture of customer experience, excellence and teamwork.
• Assist in scheduling and team management.
• Oversee the onboarding and training of all new non-medical employees.
• Operate as in-studio leader when the General Manager is off, out of the studio or on vacation.

Operations Management

• Partner with the General Manager and owners to continuously improve operational execution and studio performance.
• Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed, stepping in to complete as needed.
• Act as the point of reference for general issues/concerns that may arise while the General Manager is not present.
• Work collaboratively with the General Manager, Lead Nurse and Regional Manager to improve the store’s overall effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support the General Manager to ensure all company-wide initiatives are executed in your store.

Sales & Marketing

• Check in with Restore members regularly to ensure they’re achieving their health and wellness goals.
• Work collaboratively with the General Manager to manage and exceed all sales goals for the entire team.
• Address account management issues such as declined auto-pays, expired credit cards, missed appointments, account freezes and communications to members.
• Assist the General Manager in building out the Eugene market.
• Work with the General Manager and owners on achieving studio key performance indicators and revenue targets.
