Are you a motivated individual with a passion for aesthetics and wellness? If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a Sales Consultant/Patient Coordinator at our luxurious medical spa!

    Job Summary:
    This position will be largely responsible for driving sales of our treatments, skincare products, memberships, and packages while providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients. Your expertise in related treatments/services/skincare, your sales acumen, and your commitment to client satisfaction will be key in helping our clients look and feel their best. This position represents Profile Aesthetics and Wellness and our brand and is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients.

    Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing patiens, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their questions and concerns, and ultimately booking the consultation or service.
    • Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients' concerns and goals, handling objections, and recommending appropriate treatments and products to address their unique needs.
    • Drive sales of skincare products, treatments, memberships, and packages through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
    • Building relationships with local businesses and residential buildings in the surrounding communities.
    • Attend community outreach events to engage with and attract prospective patients.
    • Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and treatments, and educate clients on the benefits and features of our offerings.
    • Coordinate with our medical team and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional patient experiences.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and medical spa protocols.
    • Assisting the managers with tasks as directed.
    • Assisting the front desk with appointment confirmation and bookings, checking in/out of patients, and running a smooth and efficient front office.
    • Greeting of all patients with a smile and enthusiasm.
    • As part of our patient experience, you are responsible in assisting with the staging, cleanliness, and optics of the facility.


    Qualifications:
    • High school degree/GED required, bachelors degree or higher preferred
    • Two (2) years or more experience in sales and/or patient coordination, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or medical spa industry.
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
    • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
    • Technical proficiency with computer skills and ability to learn in-house software/platforms.
    • Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness, with a desire to help clients look and feel their best.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail.
    • Must be a team player, take initiative to do what needs to be done in office without resistance or question.
    • Friendly, energetic, and relatable. Greet everyone pleasantly who enters and leaves the facilities. Stand up, greet them by name, introduce yourself by name/title and offer refreshments.
