JOB SUMMARY: Work with clients at the broker, account manager and consortium levels to identify groups ready to pursue wellness initiatives. Coordinate with CC3 clinical and marketing teams to support clients in implementation of wellness initiatives, to include CC3 service lines. Support partner Senior Wellness Solutions Consultant to manage assigned book of business consortiums and broker partners and be expected to assist in presenting at quarterly board meetings as a ConnectCare3 representative. This position requires great attention to detail, advanced organizational skills, strong computer and technology skills, and the proven ability to start, manage, and complete complicated projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Main CC3 contact responsibility for consortium and broker book of business as assigned.
2. Attend all assigned board meetings with the occasional expectation of presenting.
3. Build relationships with key clients, board members, and brokers.
4. Build and maintain relationships with Benecon Account Management staff assigned to shared consortiums.
5. Design specific, custom health & wellness campaigns for clients that will promote behavior change, address claims data, and increase health literacy in employee populations.
6. Collaborate with clinical team to develop evidence-based Wellness Solutions strategies for clients that align with claims data.
7. Consult with clients and support the implementation of custom wellness strategies, to include the ConnectCare3 wellness platform/app and other internal and external programs that target top claim drivers.
8. Collaborate with Wellness Innovation team to maintain a well-versed, working
knowledge of ConnectCare3’s wellness platform/app functionality and operations.
9. Manage preferred vendor relationships and provide introduction to clients, as needed.
10. Must be an effective communicator – providing information to internal and external contacts by phone, in written form, email, or in person in a timely, clear, concise, and understandable manner.
11. Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services.
12. Identify areas of improvement to current services.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Frequent travel to client locations, sometimes up to several hours away for presentations that may be multiple hours in length, begin/end early in the day or late in the evening.
2. Must be able to sit or stand and type utilizing computer for up to 80% of the workday.
3. Must be able to talk on the phone.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in the health sciences or business required.
2. Minimum of 5 year’s work experience in a healthcare, wellness or benefits consulting setting required. At least one year of wellness consulting strongly preferred.
3. Public speaking experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish useful in this role.
4. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
