Helps develop and implement wellness initiatives that educate and encourage employees on achieving personal health goals. Being a Wellness Program Consultant analyzes the effectiveness and utilization of wellness programs and recommends changes to improve outcomes and employee satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Additionally, Wellness Program Consultant typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Wellness Program Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The OpportunityWe are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and work with the residents of a senior living community that offers one or more of the following care settings: independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services for the residents at this community are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.
