How You’ll Thrive:

Must have prior wellness education, background, or experience. Must be an expert in vitamin, mineral, herbal, and sports nutrition supplementation. Must have knowledge of and experience with the uses of natural or holistic medicines.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has prior knowledge, is teachable about, and has a love for alternative therapies, nutritional supplements, natural foods, specialty diets, & natural body care. The ideal candidate will have a wide variety of knowledge about holistic medicines, and natural supplements, such as our large assortment of vitamins and minerals, natural foods, and natural body care. They must be able to address health concerns with the use of these supplements to assist our customers better and their health needs or goals. Our Wellness Consultants must have prior knowledge of most of the natural herbs, supplements, and medicines that we offer at Good Earth Markets and will be able to explain how they can be used to improve one's health, as you will be directing customers to these products based on their health needs.

A Day in the Life:

• An expert in the wellness department can assess customers' needs and direct them to products that fit those specific needs.
• Educate customers on how recommended products work and why it was recommended for their needs.
• Stay up to date on current health and wellness industry standards and topics.
• Assist customers with their supplements and health-related questions.
• Express sympathy and understanding when working with customers who share their physical and emotional concerns.
• Assist with backstock organization and cleaning of all wellness products.
• Clean, face, organize and replenish shelves in the wellness department.
• Provide excellent customer service experience.

Availability and Compensation:

• Part-time and Full-time shifts available, Monday - Friday availability, and the ability to work any time on Saturdays
• $12 - $17/hr, DOE
