Wellness Program Consultant assists an organization in designing wellness programs that promote healthy employee behaviors. Helps develop and implement wellness initiatives that educate and encourage employees on achieving personal health goals. Being a Wellness Program Consultant analyzes the effectiveness and utilization of wellness programs and recommends changes to improve outcomes and employee satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Additionally, Wellness Program Consultant typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Wellness Program Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Must have prior wellness education, background, or experience. Must be an expert in vitamin, mineral, herbal, and sports nutrition supplementation. Must have knowledge of and experience with the uses of natural or holistic medicines.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has prior knowledge, is teachable about, and has a love for alternative therapies, nutritional supplements, natural foods, specialty diets, & natural body care. The ideal candidate will have a wide variety of knowledge about holistic medicines, and natural supplements, such as our large assortment of vitamins and minerals, natural foods, and natural body care. They must be able to address health concerns with the use of these supplements to assist our customers better and their health needs or goals. Our Wellness Consultants must have prior knowledge of most of the natural herbs, supplements, and medicines that we offer at Good Earth Markets and will be able to explain how they can be used to improve one's health, as you will be directing customers to these products based on their health needs.
