Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to join our team of professionals. As a Mental Health Therapist at Aimergency Connect Care, you will have the opportunity to provide therapy services to clients via our telehealth platform. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are seeking support for various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This is a remote position, allowing you to work flexibly from the comfort of your own space while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing technology.
• Assess clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology and conducting therapy sessions via video conferencing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
