Wellness Program Consultant jobs in Tucson, AZ

Salpointe Catholic High School is looking for an experienced program director with a proven track record of creating and implementing innovative youth programs. This position will direct student activities and wellness programs for a school of 1300 students. The best applicant for this position will enjoy working with high school students, have an interest in comprehensive wellness programming and have a strong desire to work in a collaborative and supportive community.

Duties include:

• Provide leadership training to and manage the activities of Student Council
• Oversee, enhance and expand student clubs opportunities
• Develop a holistic wellness program, based on eight dimensions of wellness and according to the stated philosophy and goals of the program
• Work to increase student participation and school spirit
• Work closely with students, families, staff, teachers, and administration to support the mission of the school and ensure student success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, human services, or related field, master’s degree preferred
• 4 years of experience working with high school students in a related field
• Basic accounting and data management skills
• Strong business sense
• Proficient using Google and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.) and other program-related software
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
