Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the wellness center's programs, including scheduling, staffing, and training protocols.

- Conduct assessments and consultations to understand clients' fitness levels, health history, and goals, and tailor training programs accordingly.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a wellness center or similar setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in physical training principles, techniques, and methodologies, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience as a trainer.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
