We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellness Center Physical Trainer-Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, along with expertise in physical training techniques and practices. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing our team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, and driving the overall success of our wellness center.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the wellness center's programs, including scheduling, staffing, and training protocols.

- Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their full potential.

- Develop and implement innovative training strategies to meet the diverse needs and goals of our clients.

- Conduct assessments and consultations to understand clients' fitness levels, health history, and goals, and tailor training programs accordingly.

- Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in physical training and wellness management.

- Foster a positive and motivating environment for both clients and staff, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.

- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate wellness programs, events, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a wellness center or similar setting.

- Demonstrated expertise in physical training principles, techniques, and methodologies, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience as a trainer.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
