Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable manager of behavior health to serve a leadership role in management of clinical and administrative needs within outpatient clinic services. In addition to the supervisory and clinical operations of the clinic, the Program Manager will support operational management for outpatient programs with the Director of Clinic Services. • You will assess the needs of the program and make program recommendations
• You will provide daily operational oversight to the clinic
• You will provide oversight in maintaining sufficient number of qualified staff by interviewing, hiring and supervising staff.
• You will make cost containment recommendations and see through to approval and implementation.
• You will take initiative to solve problems and recommend improvements for the clinic.
• You will have working knowledgeable of professional trends for area of specialty.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Masters Degree
• Licensed Professional
