Wellness Program Manager designs and implements wellness and work-life programs and policies to build a positive and appealing company culture that will enhance employee engagement, facilitate recruiting, and support productivity improvements. Partners with insurers, healthcare providers, and vendors to introduce wellbeing awareness with on-site health events, classes, assessments/screenings, and information resources. Being a Wellness Program Manager develops and implements work-life programs to provide employees with flexible work arrangements, financial planning, family/child care resources, transportation, memberships, discounts, and educational opportunities. Collects and analyzes information about employment trends and employee workplace needs by conducting surveys or feedback sessions. Additionally, Wellness Program Manager may manage on-site fitness facilities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. Job Description - Retail Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
. Must be 21 years of age or older
. Must possess a bachelor's degree or greater or equivalent work experience
. Must feel comfortable using various computer software
. Must be organized and attentive to detail
. Must have customer service background or experience
. Must possess people management skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
. Meet and exceed all RLD rules and regulations
. Train retail sales associates to align with Urban Wellness vision
. Train retail sales associates how to provide top quality customer service
. Train retail sales associates on our policies and procedures
. Supervise employees to ensure compliance with drug and alcohol free workplace policies
. Review Bio Track software system daily for sales reports and any inconsistencies
. Handles all initial interviewing, hiring, and firing of retail employees
. Handles all employee filing and record keeping
. Complete and document all employee growth and career development conversations
. Create and manage a working schedule for all retail employees
. Manage time card accuracy and payroll reporting
. Manage all inventory with extreme detail and ensuring product is available for sale
. Report any issues of non-compliance of company polices to reporting supervisor
. Responsible for ordering retail store supplies to ensure daily duties can be accomplished
. Work towards meeting or exceeding set Manager metrics
AUTHORITY
The Retail Manager has the authority to make adjustments or modifications to the retail sales process to ensure company growth. The Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Retail Store location is always in pristine condition to pass any RLD inspection at all times. Provide a positive and fun work environment for retail sales associates to provide top quality customer service. The Retail manger will determine and set who has access to different levels of the Bio Track point of sale software. Retail Manager will be expected to hold employees accountable for performance and actions. Retail Manager has authority to terminate lower level retail employees upon approval from direct supervisor, CEO, and or COO.
SUPERVISION
The Retail Manager is held accountable directly by the Retail General Manager, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) for actions he/she takes.
