The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse remote team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Data Processors, and Data Collection Technicians to ensure all projects are completed safely, accurately, on time, and within budget while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Contribution:

• Balance staffing/equipment requirements to support the successful completion of all projects for the TSG Portables Division reallocating resources whenever necessary
• Identify team roles and responsibilities and train individuals for new contract wins and project needs
• Communicate regularly with our customers to ensure they are completely satisfied
• Travel quarterly (estim) on-site project visits to monitor and observe field technician best practices ensuring all safety protocols are being followed while achieving top performance levels
• Travel on short-notice whenever in-person meetings are requested by our clients
• Leverage Drakewell System for QA/QC to monitor and track data quality for projects
• Lead, develop, inspire, and motivate a diverse, inclusive, and high performing team through learning and development to enable a growth-mindset for all

Success will evidence itself in the following ways:

• Increase productivity/accuracy from Traffic Data Collection Technicians
• Decrease overtime hours worked due to increased individual performance, effectiveness, and efficiency
• Decrease turn-around time from project start to completion

• BS/ BA preferred or equivalent 3 years of related Project Management experience
• Proven front line manager experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to grow and lead a team of diverse individuals with different learning styles
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Flexible and able to perform in a fast paced ever changing environment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Location: Gulf Breeze, FL office
• Travel: Estim 25%
