Wellness Program Manager designs and implements wellness and work-life programs and policies to build a positive and appealing company culture that will enhance employee engagement, facilitate recruiting, and support productivity improvements. Partners with insurers, healthcare providers, and vendors to introduce wellbeing awareness with on-site health events, classes, assessments/screenings, and information resources. Being a Wellness Program Manager develops and implements work-life programs to provide employees with flexible work arrangements, financial planning, family/child care resources, transportation, memberships, discounts, and educational opportunities. Collects and analyzes information about employment trends and employee workplace needs by conducting surveys or feedback sessions. Additionally, Wellness Program Manager may manage on-site fitness facilities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Wellness Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Wellness Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are seeking an experienced Grant Writer to join our team and secure funding opportunities to support our mission and programs.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Grants and Program Funding Specialist to join our team. As a Grants and Program Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to various foundations, government agencies, and other funding sources. Your exceptional writing abilities, attention to detail, and understanding of grant development processes will be critical in securing funding opportunities for our L3C. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful grant writing, excellent research skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our mission and objectives to potential funders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other funding sources aligned with MonAmie's Business and Wellness Solutions L3C's mission and programs.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of MonAmie's Business and Wellness Solutions L3C's programs, services, and impact to effectively communicate the organization's goals and objectives to potential funders.
    • Write and submit compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant reports to secure funding for various projects and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with program managers and the leadership team to gather information, data, and supporting documents necessary for grant applications.
    • Ensure that grant proposals and reports are submitted in a timely manner and comply with all funder requirements and guidelines.
    • Monitor and track grants received, reporting deadlines, and required grant reporting activities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant applications, awards, and outcomes in a grant tracking system.
    • Build and maintain relationships with funders, including regular communication, updates, and acknowledgments of support.
    • Stay informed about trends, best practices, and changes in the grant funding landscape, providing recommendations for new funding opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial narratives for grant proposals.
    • Assist in the development of grant-related materials, such as impact reports, case studies, and success stories.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as the marketing team, to gather information and data for grant applications.
    • Represent MonAmie's Business and Wellness Solutions L3C at grant-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nonprofit management, business administration, or communications. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in grant writing, preferably in the nonprofit, low-profit limited liability company (L3C) or mental health sector.
    • Proven track record of securing grants from a variety of funding sources.
    • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and assess potential grant opportunities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple grant applications and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of grant writing best practices and familiarity with funder requirements and guidelines.
    • Proficient in conducting research and synthesizing data to support grant proposals.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with funders.
    • Proficient in using grant management software and other tools to track grant activities and outcomes.
    • Familiarity with the mental health industry, nonprofit organizations, and funding trends in the field.
