POSITION SUMMARY

Process incoming and outgoing wire requests through the FRB to and from other financial institutions. Provide customer service and support for the branches. Process the ACH credits and debits for the bank on Fedline Advantage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide customer service and support for other departments and the branches.
• Process wire requests through faxes, bank mail, call center, branches, and telephone requests.
• Enter and process wires in Xperience/SilverLake system.
• Process the wires using Fedline Advantage through FRB to and from other financial institutions.
• Process internal transfers for CFO and Mortgage loans.
• Process letters of indemnity for ACH pay recalls from financial institutions, company payrolls, government/federal payment and to include reclamations for notices of death.
• Merge large ACH file of credits and debits for the bank on Xperience/SilverLake, transfer through JH Menu Express and send through Fedline Advantage to the FEDACH Services.
• Audit the daily processed incoming and outgoing wires as well as 1st and 2nd audits on Wire work folders.
• Audit other wire related reports.
• Audit the daily ACH reports.
• Balance processed wires at end of day and enter wire totals into General Ledger.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
