OEM Market Manager/ New Business Development

We create innovative, high-temperature wire and cable products for the appliance, steel, chemical plant, aerospace, and commercial construction markets to satisfy their most technically challenging problems
Job Summary: Lead sales activities of existing and new business development within designated markets to meet planned company sales and profit growth consistent with our strategic initiatives.
- This role will have a significant focus on new market development in the Aerospace, Defense, and Automotive space.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical solutions.
- Generate market penetration opportunities to ensure key decision makers are familiar with product offerings and increase exposure with end-users.
- Interpret specific customer requirements by collecting information and analyzing needs against technical product specifications.

Travel: up to 50%
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field OR
- At least 10 years of related experience required
- Experience selling into the Commercial Aero Engine or Defense markets. (preferred)
- Experience in wire and cable business (preferred)
- Must have valid Driver’s License
