Women's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's women's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire women's coaching staff. Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Women's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Turning Point has an opening for a Director of Women's Outpatient Programs in Moultrie, GA. The Director of Women's Outpatient Programs is responsible for:

    • Day to day administrative management of PHP and IOP Programs
    • Management of bed flow and census levels through the Women's programs
    • Supervision of employees
    • Development of programs
    • Monitoring all aspects of programs for compliance with standards regarding patient care, quality assurance, and utilization review;
    • Training and re-education of all employees in procedures and paperwork

    Qualifications

    Qualified candidates will have the following:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare management practices and state and federal regulatory requirements.
    • Understanding of hospital practices to include, but not limited to, patient rights and confidentiality.
    • Licensure by the Georgia Composite Board (LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT), preferred. Additional relevant certification, training and experience required.
    • Master's degree in related field required.
    • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in chemical dependency/mental health treatment; two (2) years supervisory/administrative experience.
    • Experience in trauma treatment and program development in gender specific treatment, required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.
    • Expert computer skills, required.
