Redline Athletics is a National sports performance brand that specializes in comprehensive athletic development and speed and agility training for athletes, especially those 8-18 years of age. While we focus primarily on semi-private group training for youth athletes, we also offer 1-on-1 skill instructions, team training, and training programs such as Intro to Sports (3-7 years old), Soccer Skills Training, Volleyball Training, Adult Personal Training, and more….

Our training programs offer clients the ability to improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury to accomplish their goals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and enjoyabletraining environment. OurDirector of Business Development (DBD)is responsible for client acquisition and assists the Director of Sports Performance (DSP) with client renewal and conversion to additional service offerings.

Responsibilities of this position include sales, marketing, and community outreach. Their primary focus will be collecting leads, turning them into prospects, and working them through the sales process.

Our DBD should be an enthusiastic and experienced sales person with leadership ability. They must enjoy working with clients of all ages and abilities.We are looking for someonewho is extremely high-energy, motivating, passionate about health & performance, and ready to make a difference in each client’s life. Training is provided.

Our DBD should have the following skills:

• Is focused on SERVING instead of selling
• Can use a pre-built CRM platform to work the lead management process
• Can follow a trained New Member Acquisition process to increase sales performance
• Will go the extra mile to make sure every client feels personally recognized and cared for
• Will build relationships within the community
• Will pay close attention to details
• Will work consistently with passion, purpose, and a desire to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
