Women's Athletics Director directs all facets of a university/college's women's athletic program, including intramural and intercollegiate sports. Manages the entire women's coaching staff. Being a Women's Athletics Director schedules use of facilities, transportation, and sporting events. Also responsible for fundraising, publicity, ticket pricing and distribution, and purchase of new equipment. Additionally, Women's Athletics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Women's Athletics Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Job Description Position Summary:
    • A Group Coach & Personal Training is responsible for providing Basic & Technical Cross Training & Strength Coaching and Conditioning.
    • The schedule and complete record keeping according to standard operating procedures.
    • Group Fitness Coach will spend the majority of their workweek member-facing, delivering either boxing training services, in Group or 1 on 1.
    • Our Trainers/Coaches will be familiar with all aspects of Movement Athletics Culture, Brand, Philosophy and Training methods and will educate all members/clients to the same.
    • A Coach at Movement Athletics is expected to be Prepared, Professional, and Personable for every session.
    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develops safe, professional, exciting, and comprehensive training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals.
    • Monitors and instructs clients during boxing sessions on the safe & effective use of training equipment & partners.
    • Conducts consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, & goal setting to assess and recommend training programs.
    • Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
    • Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
    • Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
    Position Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1 year of Group or Personal coaching experience (preferred).
    • Certified Coach or Extensive Experience (or ready to learn, research outside of on clock training and level up fast).
    • Willingness to Obtain Certification & Continue education OUTSIDE of on job experience to bring value to community.
    • CPR and AED Certified.
    • Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition & program design.
    • Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, jump, crawl reach, climb, push, pull, and lift to 50 pounds.
